I loved this book, could not put it down! While it highlights a very important issue in our world today, bullying, it was also very witty and fun to read. I loved the historical references to Helena, Montana and the author's imagination is amazing! Not wanting to give too much away about the book I will just say it's a must-read, you have to pick it up and read it yourself to discover the secrets within. Well done Christopher R Nelson!
I could not put the book down till I was finished with it! You need to read it for yourself to see if it affects you the same way. It is an amusing and funny story that is fictional. But having lived in Montana, I see some exciting historical backdrops. For example the time of the rush for gold there.
All the way through the story, I was anxiously in a hurry to see how those being bullied would rise above the bullies. This book presents, in an entertaining way, an issue that is so important in our schools. The future of our country is our youth, and I pray that each and every one of them might grow up to have a strong sense of self worth in the world as well as a strong respect for others. I sense the the author feels the same way.
